Meeting Schedule Meeting Minutes
Contacting the Board of Directors Homeowners and residents may contact the Board of Directors via email to board.westhaven@gmail.com. Email sent to that address goes directly to all current board members. Please note that Board members are volunteers and may not be able to respond immediately to your concerns. Community Volunteers The Board is looking for volunteers to assist with committee tasks, developing and enforcing parking policy, greeting new homeowners, etc. If you would like to volunteer and help make your community better, contact the board at board.westhaven@gmail.com. Schedule The WHOA Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month. Homeowners are encouraged to attend these meetings to share their views. Meetings are schedule for Thursday, February 9, 2012, and Thursday, March 8, 2012, at the Richard Byrd Library, Meeting Room 2, 7250 Commerce Street, Springfield, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Minutes from Past Board Meetings See the archive for earlier meeting minutes.
