Homeowners and residents may contact the Board of Directors via email to board.westhaven@gmail.com. Email sent to that address goes directly to all current board members. Please note that Board members are volunteers and may not be able to respond immediately to your concerns. For immediate assistance contact GHA Community Management.

Community Volunteers

The Board is looking for volunteers to assist with committee tasks, developing and enforcing parking policy, greeting new homeowners, etc. If you would like to volunteer and help make your community better, contact the board at board.westhaven@gmail.com.

Board of Directors Meetings
The WHOA Board of Directors meets on the second Thursday of each month. The next regularly scheduled meeting will be held on Thursday, January 10th, at Richard Byrd Library ( 7250 Commerce St, Springfield, VA 22150 )   from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
 

In addition - please remember the parking registration for 2019 Visitor Hang tags is due by December 27th. 

We have attached the mailing sent in October in case you cannot locate your paperwork here. This includes the mailing, 2019 parking registration, board nomination form and proxy form.
